No personal information provided to Thirsty Gecko will be passed on to a third party. All personal information will be stored in a safe manner and will only be used for the reason you provided.
All information supplied to Thirsty Gecko will be used to dispatch your order and to contact you with reference to your order. If you require further information regarding this issue please contact us.
Payment Options
You may pay for products online via Paypal or Direct Deposit only. Cash will only be accepted in the case of a face to face sale such as a market stall or through a retailer.
Returns
Each of our bottles are individually inspected to ensure that you receive a good quality product. If however you have a concern regarding a Thirsty Gecko drink bottle we would gladly replace any items that appear to have a manufacturing defect. Simply contact us via email and one of the Thirsty Gecko team will be in touch to discuss your concerns.
Thirsty gecko will accept returns for manufacturing defects of both bottle and lid. However, due to the nature of Stainless steel, general wear and tear, (eg scratches, chips of paint, dents) may occur and are not deemed refundable.
Should your goods arrive and are found to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Following this, please return the goods in original packaging to us within 7 days of receiving your return information.
Once we have inspected the goods and they are deemed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will dispatch a new order immediately. Should the goods no longer be available, we will offer a replacement or refund, which ever you prefer.
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund for change of mind.
We use Australia Post and courier services to deliver your goods, depending upon your location. The postage fee is calculated by weight and size of package to be delivered.
We aim to dispatch your goods within 2-3 working days. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the delivery process of your goods.
